Troy Deaton is a 22 year Sales Representative for Midwest Construction.

Troy is a Des Moines native with a passion to help homeowners achieve their home improvement project from design to completion.

Troy started out like any sales rep, enthusiastic, eager to learn and ready to meet with homeowners, but we noticed something different about Troy. He was willing to work the

shows and fair booths. He was willing to meet with his prospective customer at a previous job he sold or at the showroom on a weekend to show them full size displays, answer any questions they may have.

22 years later, you will still see Troy smiling at the Midwest Construction booth, speaking with prospective homeowners and spending a lot of time speaking with his past customers! It is like a class reunion at the booth!

Troy happened to be the Sales Representative of the year in 2015. A title Troy has achieved16 times in 22 years!
