Company History
1958 Alex P. Despenas started a residential home improvement
business in the 800 block of S. Federal, Mason City, Iowa.
1969 First company in Iowa to sell steel siding.
1978 Established direct bank financing for the homeowners.
1978 Built new company owned offices and warehouse.
1989 Awarded distributorship for Sunroom Concepts Porch Enclosures.
1991 Built new company owned office & warehouse in Des Moines area.
1992 SRC, Eagle Award, Best Home Show Award & Outstanding Volume Growth Award.
