The home was built in the 1800’s and had already been resided with steel siding back in the early 1980’s. The new steel siding looked great for the first ten years but every year after it kept loosing color. Description of work and materials specified

Remove all steel siding on home and haul away.
Inspect all exterior walls of home for rot and replace any rotten wood/sheeting if and where needed.
Check all existing window sills and casings and door casings for rot and replace if and where needed.
Check all existing soffit and fascia boards for rot and replace if and where needed.
Cover all outer walls of home with Progressive Foam Pro-fold 3/8 Fanfold.
Supply and install all water management techniques around all windows and doors with window/door tape to prevent any water or air infiltration.
Supply and install all factory approved accessories: Insulated outside corner posts, J-channel, finish trim, starter strips, light blocks, dryer vent, and electrical mini mounts.
Cover all window sills and casings with custom bent PVC aluminum coils stock.
Cover all knee braces with custom bent PVC aluminum coil stock and soffit material.
Supply and install American Classic Hidden Vent Vinyl Soffit to overhang system on house including porch ceilings.
Supply and install custom bent PVC aluminum fascia to all overhangs and porch ceilings. All fascia’s to be custom bent with VSI standards, hemmed and brake buddy ridges molded into fascia.
Supply and install American Classic Insulated Vinyl siding to all exterior walls of home.
Clean up and haul away all construction debris daily and upon completion.
Issue Lifetime warranty from American Classic Insulated Siding, Issue Lifetime Warranty Progressive Foam on thermal performance and structural integrity of foam including 10 year labor warranty.
