The Granger, Iowa homeowners had the crews remove the existing siding and wrap all outer walls with house wrap and install window/door tape around all of the openings to prevent any water or air infiltration.

An extra layer of insulation was installed over the house wrap, Progressive Foam Technologies 3/8 Pro-Fold was installed and added an extra R-1.8 to the exterior walls of the home.

American Classic D-4 Insulated Vinyl siding was installed to the home that carries an R 3.4 to additional add to the exterior walls insulation. All window and door openings were covered with custom bent aluminum PVC coil stock. All of the eaves and overhangs were covered with maintenance free material, including all new custom seamless gutters and downspouts.
