The home was built in the middle 1990’s it was time to paint of time to reside.

After inspecting the exterior of the home and noticing soft and rotten spots in there wood fiber siding panel and exterior trim boards the decision was made to look into new siding for their home.

Midwest Construction removed the existing Masonite siding product from the home and hauled away. All outer walls of the home were inspected for soft or rotten sheeting and replace if and where needed. The home was cover with house wrapped and all window and doors had air/water infiltration tape around all openings.

Once the house was prepared for the installation of the new insulated vinyl siding, it took the crew about 1 week from start to finish.
