Midwest Construction of Grimes, Iowa a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa inspected all of the exterior walls, soffit and fascia boards for soft of rotten wood and replaced some small sections where we found it. All of the exterior walls of the home where wrapped with Grip-Tight house wrap and window and door tape was applied around the window and door openings to prevent and air/water infiltration.

The soffit and fascia systems were covered with our maintenance free vinyl soffit and custom bent PCV aluminum coil stock, along with cover the window and door openings to guarantee these homeowners will never have to paint again.

This project comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty including Life Time Non-Fade Protection. This project also includes a Lifetime Warranty from Progressive Foam, the manufacturer who developed the insulation and foam lamination process and 10 year labor warranty
