January 15, 2017 I met with the winners of the 2016 Exterior Home Make Over a yearlong contest that gives homeowners an opportunity to choose from windows, siding or sunroom as a grand prize. These homeowners signed up at our Iowa State Fair Booth, Des Moines Home & Garden Show, including entries in our MWC VIP Club for monthly prizes.

When I pulled up to the house expecting to go around to the back of the house to look for a spot to build a sunroom and the homeowners asked if the porch they had could be filled in with walls. If that was the case, they would love to incorporate the Oasis Sunroom walls into their porch.

After inspecting the old porch, the structure was in good shape. There were no problems filling in the walls with Oasis All Season Sunroom Walls. Midwest Construction also covered the existing Soffit and Fascia with beaded porch panel and custom bent fascia including covering the inside of the porch with white beaded porch panel.

The home is located in Windsor Heights, Iowa. Built in the 1940’s this brick home had an attached screened in porch with a matching brick foundation and attached roof line. It was a perfect spot to remove the screens and install Oasis All Season Sunroom Walls.
