Homeowners met with Midwest Constructions Chad Arndt back in late March. They were interested in converting their patio area into an all year living space. After searching out some designs and ideas online, they decided to give Midwest Construction of Mason City, Iowa a call to see exactly what we had to offer. Both homeowners have driven by our sunroom in Mason City with a full size all season room attached to our building and decided that was a possibility.
After Chad stopped out and gave then some ideas, answered their questions and left them with an exact cost the homeowners called him back a couple of days later to be put on a the production schedule.
The room was ordered, permits pulled, footings dug and set. The job was started on May 27 finished June 3 and the homeowners love it!
