In 2009 this homeowner/the Lady of the House, made the trip to our showroom and attended our Spring Anniversary/Open House. I introduced myself and asked her if she had any questions on the windows. I showed her the windows, answered her questions, and was invited out to give her and her husband a cost.

The window job was installed with custom stained interior trim to match the cherry woodgrain interior of the windows and the windows look beautiful.

8 years later while she was at the 2017 Home Builders Association Home & Product Expo, she stopped by the booth and let our staff know she loved the work we did in the past on her windows and wanted to get some information and a cost on siding for the home.

Our Appointment Desk Manger Scheduled me to meet with the homeowners again. I measured the job up, went over some options, answered their questions and gave them the exact cost. They informed me they had scheduled an appointment with another company and would let me know their decision. A week or so later we spoke on a follow up call and I was invited back out to do some extra work and get the new updated pricing.

The American Classic Insulated siding was installed on the house and unattached garage, with new custom painted shutters and a composite deck was installed over the existing cement landing.

Job started: August 8 and the siding was completed on Friday, August 18. The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured.
