These Urbandale homeowners, like the rest in the neighborhood, needed to replace their old wood fiber siding. In fact, during the late 1950’s through the late 1980’s, homebuilders used these types of siding on 80 percent of the homes being built. The job was started on January 23 and the crew will finish up today, Monday, January 29 in the early afternoon. When the job is completed these homeowners will receive a Lifetime Warranty with Lifetime Non-Fade Protection from American Classic Siding manufacturer and an additional lifetime warranty from Progressive Foam on delamination and thermal performance, including a labor warranty.
