Bobby Baker, Marketing Manager and Design Consultant met with a Member of a Local Church Parish Council in Mason City, Iowa to discuss new gutters on the home to help keep the water away from the foundation and out of the basement.

One board member has been cleaning the gutters personally for years at the Rolling Acres Church Parsonage.The parsonage developed a problem because of the drainage of the water.

The Parish Council Member, made the call to Midwest Construction after he saw our TV commercial on KIMT-TV.

Bobby Baker was issued this appointment, went out and measured up the project and made some recommendations. Bobby recommended larger downspouts 3x4 instead of the normal 2x3 down spouts. These bigger spouts will help to move the water out of the gutters faster and away from the foundation.
