The home was built in 1977. The original siding was a Masonite Siding product that required yearly maintenance to prevent the product from deteriorating.

The Midwest Construction crew removed the existing Masonite siding and hauled it away. After the old siding was off, the crew was able to inspect the sheeting and replace any soft or rotten spots before they installed the new siding.

All of the outer walls of the home were wrapped with Grip Tite House Wrap and all windows and door openings had weather proof tape around all openings to prevent any air or water infiltration.

All of the windows and door casings were capped with custom bent aluminum coil stock with a brake buddy brick mold pattern.

Midwest Construction’s crew covered all of the soffit and fascia on the home. They applied American Classic Insulated Vinyl siding using VSI Certified Vinyl Siding Installation Instructions to ensure there new insulated vinyl siding would protect their home from the outside in.
