Des Moines, Iowa homeowners hire Midwest Construction to install American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding

Lee Sykes met these Des Moines, Iowa homeowners at the Iowa Home Show held back in January in the Varied Industry Building at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. They stopped by the booth to look at the siding options we have to offer.

Lee showed them our product line and answered all of their questions. He scheduled an appointment with the homeowners so he could give them an exact cost. When Lee arrived he sat down with the prospective customers and let them know he would need some time to go outside and measure each wall for material and inspect the walls for any potential problems like soft or rotten window sills, siding or fascia boards.

The house had some spots that needed to be repaired before the siding was installed. Lee explained the installation process and went over all of the materials to be used on the project.

Lee gave them the exact cost of the project. The homeowners agreed and picked colors so they could get the job on the production schedule.
