Troy showed them siding profiles, color and, insulation options, answered their questions and they invited Troy out to give them an exact cost.
Troy met with both homeowners, measured up the project and answered all of her questions on colors, profiles and trim options and answered all of the questions Mr. had on the installation process. Troy came up with an exact cost and 9 weeks later they have a Brand New Home At The Same Old Address!
Midwest Construction removed the wood fiber siding from the home, including the brick on the front of the home. All out walls of the home were wrapped with house wrap and all openings sealed with window and door tape to eliminate any water/air infiltration(see 4th photo). All soffits and fascia have been covered with double 6 vinyl soffit and custom bent aluminum PVC covered coil stock. Smoke, Double 6 American Classic Insulated Vinyl Siding was installed and Tando Lewistown Crest Creek Ledgestone finished off the front of the home. Brand New Home At The Same Old Address
