Oasis All Season Sunroom installed in Mingo, Iowa 50168


Mingo, Iowa homeowner made the trip into Des Moines, Iowa to visit the Iowa Home Show held at the Varied Industry Building located at the Iowa State Fairgrounds back in January, 2020.

She met Troy Deaton, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction since 1991. Troy was in our sunroom display and invited this homeowner to join him. She was interested in a sunroom, she had plenty of questions and Troy did a great job answering them.

Troy scheduled an appointment to meet with the homeowner to make sure the sunroom could be installed on the home. About 30% of the time we can’t install our Oasis All Season Sunroom because of utilities, septic systems, or setbacks/variance set by city codes.

Troy inspected the area and determined our room could be built where she wanted it. The homeowner had a couple of other companies out to give her their ideas and cost. In late February Troy followed up with the homeowner like she asked and was invited out to write up her work order. This homeowner did her homework and felt the Oasis All Season Sunrooms System and Midwest Construction’s track record would be the best choice.

Midwest Construction’s crew got started on the project and within 8 days this homeowner had an Oasis All Season Sunroom ready to move into!
