Homeowners in Johnston, Iowa hire Midwest Construction to Install EcoSmart Windows and American Classic Siding

The homeowner purchased windows in July of 2020. After the crew finished the window project, the homeowner called his Design Consultant, Lee Sykes, to stop out and give him a cost for new siding. He told Lee he liked the products we installed and the installation and wanted to price out siding.

Lee measured up the home, inspected the home, and found some issues that would need to be taken care of while our crew is installing the new siding.

The home had some soft and rotten areas on the siding. We knew we would have to add some new sheeting and the homeowner requested a new front post as the old post was rotted out.

The crews removed the existing wood fiber siding that was hauled away in the dumpster at the end of the project. All walls were covered with House wrap; all openings were sealed off with window/door tape to prevent any water and or air infiltration. All of the window and doors were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock and the soffits and fascia's were covered with maintenance free materials.

The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured.
