Vinyl Siding Installation – Clear Lake, Iowa

The house was built in 1930. A small family cabin right next to State Park in Clear Lake, Iowa. It has been grand fathered in. It has no real driveway, just a part of State Park. The house has been in this customer’s family for many years and it was time to update the exterior, windows and doors.

Bobby Baker, Marketing Manager for Midwest Construction Mason City, Iowa office met with this homeowner to see how Midwest Construction could help update the exterior of this lake cabin.

Bobby inspected all of the exterior walls, window sills, and window and door casings for soft or rotten wood and measured the walls and overhang, windows and doors for replacement. Bobby answered all of her questions, showed window samples, siding color and left her with an exact cost. Bobby made the follow up call like they asked and Midwest Construction was awarded the project.
