The home was built in 1988. The chimney was not flashed correctly when this home was built. Midwest Construction's crew rebuilt the chimney and flashed it properly  to prevent this from happening again. 


All of the wood fiber siding was removed and hauled away. Next step, check the exterior sheeting for any soft or rotten spots and replace them then cover all outer walls of the home with house wrap.

All window and door openings were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock with a brick mold pattern. Once the windows and doors were capped off, the openings were taped off with protective tape to prevent water and/or air infiltration.

The Soffit and Fascia System was covered with Double 5 white vinyl soffit and the existing fascia boards covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock and that gave this homeowner "A Brand New Home at the Same Old Address."

The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured!
