The home was built in 2004 and the home builder used builder's grade vinyl siding. When the builder's siding crew installed the vinyl siding, they didn’t use any house wrap or window/door sealant tape. The home's exterior was compromised because of the bad siding practices.

Once the builder's grade vinyl siding was removed, the damage was discovered. Midwest Construction's crew replaced the soft, rotten, and water stained exterior sheeting.

All of the exterior walls of the home were wrapped with Grip-Tite house wrap.

All of the windows and doors have been taped off with Protecto-Wrap to eliminate any water and or air infiltration.

Midwest Construction's crew has on site, a portable sheet metal brake to custom bend aluminum coil stock in 90% angles. Then form the aluminum coil with a tool called a Brake-Buddy to form a brick mold pattern. These pieces of formed coil stock are fitted around each window and door opening.

Next step, install Double 5 Hidden Ridge Vinyl Soffit system with custom bent aluminum fascia with brake buddy pattern rolled into the aluminum coil stock that give the fascia a nice pattern and adds strength to the metal.

American Classic Insulated Siding was installed to all outer walls of home and garage.
