Midwest Construction & Supply Inc. was started in 1958. Our founder Alex Despenas came up with our slogan Quality Products &Quality Installation and we still live up to that today

Since the inception of Midwest Construction our company has grown with market demand by adding replacement windows, doors and Sunrooms

Sitting at the helm, our Father gave his valuable business lessons, knowledge and the insight of our industry so we can run a profitable business and be there for our customers if and or when they may ever need service.

After 20 years of being in business, Alex built his office/warehouse at 1601-South Taft Avenue in Mason City, Iowa in 1978. Midwest Construction has the same phone number it was issued in 1958 by the phone company.
