In 2012, Midwest Construction sold and installed its first Everlast Advanced Composite Siding, and we haven’t looked back. 

Midwest Construction made the decision not to sell and install Fiber Cement Siding. After researching the fiber cement siding, the installation of the product, and most importantly, how it would hold up for painting and maintenance, it did not meet our standards.

Fiber cement siding expands and contracts. When that happens, it leaves gaps in the siding where wind and driving rain and snow could cause damage. Where the siding meets the corner post, window, and door frames need to be caulked every 3-5 years along with painting every 5-7 years.

Midwest Construction crew removed the wood fiber siding and hauled it away. All of the home's outer walls and porch walls were been wrapped with house wrap. All window and door openings have been covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock. The coil stock is formed with a tool called a brake buddy to give the trim a brick mold like look. Everlast 7 inch Sand Dune Siding with Bronze soffit and fascia was installed. The front entrance was enhanced with Versetta Stone.
