Ankeny, Iowa: ProVia CedarMax Super Polymer Insulated Siding Installation

It was time to replace the wood fiber siding installed in the 1980's with ProVia CedarMax Polymeric Insulated Siding.

These homeowners had Midwest Construction install EcoSmart Custom Built Replacement Windows a few years ago. When it was time for Vinyl Siding these customers made the call to Midwest Construction.

Double Six CedarMax Polymer Insulated Siding and CedarMax Insulated Board N Batten Siding. Color: Prairie 

The old wood fiber siding was removed and hauled away. All of the outer walls of the home and garage were wrapped with Grip Tight House wrap. All window and door openings were taped off with Protecto Wrap Window and Door Flashing to prevent water or air infiltration.

All windows and doors were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock. All soffit and fascia's were covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock and Double 5 Center Vent Vinyl Soffit. ProVia CedarMax Polymer Insulated Siding was installed. Notice the special capping work on the front of the house knee braces.

Vertical Board N Batten Siding was installed on the front of the home to add some extra details.

The job site was cleaned up dally, all tools secured. When the job was completed the dumpster was picked up, removed.
