The home was built in 2005 and needed Energy Efficient Windows.

This home had 30 windows that needed to be replaced. The windows looked great, however they were drafty and the glass packs radiated the cold in the winter and heat in the summer. They could actually feel the difference when they walked by the windows or sat in their chairs or couch.

Paul from Midwest Construction greeted them in the showroom, listened to the issues they were having, and came up with some suggestions. While they were in the showroom, Paul showed them in detail the EcoSmart Casement windows and went over the glass options with them. An appointment was scheduled and Paul measured all of the windows in the home. The installation was discussed in detail. A price was presented for half of the house with a Price Lock on the remainder of the windows for 2 years after the date of the first installation and the paperwork was signed.

In 2020, half of the windows were ordered and 9 weeks later Midwest Construction crew installed that order. Two years later, these Urbandale homeowners ordered the rest of the windows. The only real challenge was installing the windows on the back of the home as a lift was required.
