Home Show Season Starts early this year!

1st Home Show of the Year - Beat the Spring Rush - Free admission and Parking

Midwest Construction has been doing home shows, fairs and events throughout North and Central Iowa since its inception in 1958. Our Father would set up booths at counties fairs to introduce Steel Siding in Iowa when most companies were still selling aluminum siding. It was a great way to show homeowners the difference between the two materials and the benefits of a maintenance free home.

65 years later we are gearing up for another home show season!

We purchase directly from our manufacturers and pass those savings on to you. The factories want to keep their production lines moving, both shifts busy and no layoffs. The factories work with their dealers and give use our best incentives during this time to pass those saving on to our customers.

Paul Despenas: 1984

We’ve come a long way since I stepped into the booth in 1984. Check out the photo, the first booth I worked. After that show I spoke with my father, showed him my ideas for a booth and my position was born, Marketing Manager.

Fast Forward to 2023, our booths are not as simple, take more time to set up and tear down but they give the prospective customer, ideas of what we do and the products we sell and install.

We will be participating in the Des Moines Home Builders Association Home and Remodeling Show displaying our EcoSmart Replacement Windows, ProVia and Everlast Siding and our Oasis Sunrooms.
