Midwest Construction is immediately hiring motivated, quality focused Replacement Window and Door Installers, Deck builders, framers and siding crews and their assistants.

If you have limited experience installing windows/doors, siding or deck building, that's alright, we've had tremendous success training carpenters and are happy to train you!

We are a 64 year old family owned and operated company that is still growing. We're looking for skilled trades people to help deliver our services. We can train the right candidate, but you can't teach work ethic, diligence or pride in work. If you have those traits please send us an application.

What You'll Do:

Installation of windows, doors, siding and sunrooms.

Transport all materials from our warehouse to job site

Clean job site

Responsibilities

• Midwest Construction will provide Siding and Window projects, scheduled and ready for installation. Install the products according to all of the manufacturers specifications and special instructions for that project.
• All window projects are pre measured. All windows and extra materials to install that window project will be secured before the job is set. No need to stop by the lumber yard or wholesale companies to pick up materials. Load out and head to the job to earn money. We provide a dumpster at our warehouse for construction debris.

Experience Requirements

• Looking for experienced installers and people looking to learn the trade of window,door,siding and sunroom installation.

Desired Skills

• Looking for Experienced Siding Crews to installed insulated vinyl siding.
• We have the work and will keep you busy all year long.
• Must have: Insurance - references - good truck and tools.
