Very Satisfied
Having a sunroom has been a long-time dream. We wanted to be close to the birds we feed and to be able to watch the snow in the winter and rain in the springtime and enjoy summer breezes without mosquitos. The process with Midwest Construction was very easy. The crew that did the work - Dana and Shea - were personable, yet so professional and efficient. The work was completed quickly and I was consulted when it was necessary to make a decision. During installation, Dana and Shea were always aware that the other owners in the condominium needed access for their daily activities and were so courteous and careful to not have anything in the way. When the work was completed, this crew took time to be sure the entire area was completely cleaned. Does it sound like I'm happy with the crew? You bet I am. I have only just begun to enjoy the room and will take my time deciding on the back wall and flooring. The room is very usable until I am able to do those things. If you are thinking about a sunroom - don't wait.

The service we received from MidWest and the crew who installed our windows was surprisingly great. They were on time, very efficient, and always curtious. They went above and beyond our expectations. We are really enjoying the difference new windows made. The furnace doesn't run near as much as it did. They were on time and on budget. Great company. We will use them again.

Unbelievably fast
Used Midwest Construction for Windows, Siding, Soffit, and Facia (separate reviews). The last phase was new gutters. The day the siding crew finished, the Midwest representative brought his gutter crew over to just review the job. The crew decided to just do the new gutters on the spot and it only took them a few hours to complete. I was so surprised to see how well it turned out.
Amazing Products, Crew, and Service
After completing the windows phase (separate review), I had all new siding, soffit, and facia installed as well as 3/8 foam board all around the house. The crew I has was incredibly meticulous about every detail of the job. They suggested things to me that they knew would take more work but would just look better even though they didn't get paid anymore. I told them I was putting up new lights when they were finished and they had everything prepped and ready for the new lights. They did things that I wasn't even expecting like building out the frame on the garage door and putting new weather stripping on it. One wall contained all my electrical, utility, satellite, internet, and generator components. Instead of just boxing around everything, they took it all off the wall, sided behind it, and reinstalled everything. It took them a whole day in the cold but it looks incredible. No shortcuts. Very friendly and professional. The Midwest representative came around several times to make sure all was going well. Totally satisfied with the products, communication, work, and service.
What A Difference
We had 11 new windows installed and they all make quite a difference in both appearance and energy efficiency. My husband says he can now sit in his easy chair and not feel a draft of cold air coming from outside. We want to thank everyone who was involved in this project for their professionalism and for the quality of their work.
