We always wanted a bay window in our dinning room and after saving our pennies we were ready I asked a friend at work who put his windows in and he had used Midwest. Sean and Danny drove down from Mason City to our Des Moines location to replace all our windows. They were always prompt, friendly, and professional. They obviously cared about the quality of their work, checking with us each day about the progress, cleaning the site daily, and treating the home and landscape carefully. New Windows in 30 Year Old Home
My only complaint was a coffee cup that was on a counter in the garage near the electrical outlet the guys used was spilled, and no attempt was made to wipe up the spilled coffee from the floor or step stool, even though there was a roll of paper towels in plain sight of the spill.

Materials & workmanship were superior. Joe was very meticulous on the installation of our Siding and Insulation. He would ask every day if we were satisfied with the progress and looks of what was going on, and explaining the process! Our salesman, Troy, was available by phone and e-mail for any questions that we had. Great company to work with.
