Lee Sykes, Senior Design Consultant with Midwest Construction since 1999 met these homeowners at the 2018 Home Builders Association Home & Product Expo held back in February. The homeowners stopped by our booth to check out our Oasis All Season Sunroom Room on display. They asked Lee if we could take out the old storm doors and replace them with walls and maybe extend the use of their existing porch enclosure.


Lee asked them a few questions concerning their existing room and then showed them some photos from previous like projects from our I-Pad. The homeowners asked if Lee could stop out for some firm pricing and not just a ball park estimate. Lee scheduled an appointment right there from the booth and met with the prospective customers a couple of weeks later.

When Lee got their he went right to work measuring all of the walls width and height and came up with a design and an exact cost on the spot.

Lee solved there problems and extended the use of their existing room to make it ALL Season!

Midwest Construction’s crews removed the existing storm doors and hauled them away. The crews installed Oasis All Season Sunroom Walls and Door into the existing roof line. The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured. When the crew was finished they cleaned up and hauled away all of the construction debris.
