Open porch converted into an all season space
Lee Sykes was issued an appointment for homeowners in Slater, Iowa that were interested in converting their screened in porch into something they could use all year.
Lee met with them in 2017, He showed them some options and gave them some costs associated with the porch remodel. Over the next couple of years, the homeowners received a couple of more estimates. In the fall of 2019, Lee received a call from these homeowners who wanted to revisit the project.

Midwest Constructions crew took the old screened in porch and converted it into an all season space for these homeowners. Sidewalls built, and insulated. EcoSmart 2 - Lite Slider, and Octagon windows and EcoSmart Patio Door.
