Troy Deaton Senior, Design Consultant with Midwest Construction’s Grimes, Iowa location, met with these Des Moines, Iowa homeowners to discuss new siding for their home.

These homeowners were aware of the water damage that was damaging their home and they knew that those areas of the home needed attention.

Troy went outside with the homeowners and inspected and measured each wall and made notes on the damaged areas.

Next step was to discus and explain how Midwest Construction would repair the issues before any siding was applied.

Midwest Constructions siding crew cut out the bad siding and sheeting, checked the insulation, replaced that, and installed new sheeting. House wrap was installed on all out walls of the home and window/door flashing was applied around all openings on the home. These two products protect your home from the elements.

Midwest Construction’s siding crew installed American Classic Premium Insulated Siding to all of the exterior walls, covered all window and door trims, and installed American Classic Soffit and Fascia system.

The job site was cleaned up daily, and all construction debris hauled away. For homeowners peace of mind and comfort our crews are VSI Certified and all insured.
