Windsor Heights, Iowa Town home Owner hire Midwest Construction to install EcoSmart Replacement Windows, Patio Door and Everlast Advanced Composite Vertical Siding.

The property was built in 1974 and the original siding was a product called T-11 Vertical Wood Siding. The product needed to be maintained every 4 year – 5 years and at some point the siding did what most T-11, it started to delaminate. This was a common problem with the product were it had water build up against it and soaked through the finish and affected the product.
