Fort Dodge, Iowa homeowners hire Midwest Construction to install custom sized vinyl replacement windows.

The home was built in 1972 and had the original casement windows. The windows manufactured in 1972, offered double pane welded glass with a ¼ inch dead air space, no Low E tinting, and no Argon or Krypton Gas in between the panes. This offered some insulated glass but not enough to make a difference.

The windows had air infiltration and were starting to rot because they were so close to the ground level and wouldn’t hold paint anymore.

That’s when the homeowners decided to look for replacement window companies. They googled, vinyl replacement windows and all of the ads popped up on the left side of the screen. They looked at them and scrolled down and noticed a Midwest Construction blog on EcoSmart Replacement Windows. Nick’s bid was a bit more expensive than the other bids they had received, but they felt it was the best value, best warranty, and the product looked much better.

Midwest Construction had EcoSmart windows custom built by Great Lakes Window of Toledo, Ohio. Midwest Construction certified window crew installed the casement windows.
