The home was built in 1995. The siding product installed on this new home was a wood fiber siding. It was all of the builder’s choice back then and homeowners were told it would last as long as it was properly maintained.

Before: Wood Fiber Siding - Brick Front. The siding had absorbed moisture, wouldn't hold paint and the brick was falling away from the home.


27 years later, that wood fiber siding was removed and the hidden damage was repaired. Wood fiber siding if not properly maintained will absorb water and soak into the sheeting and cause damage that can’t be seen until it’s too late.

All of the soft or rotten sheeting was replaced. Our crew then wrapped all of the exterior walls with House wrap, all window and door openings were taped off with a special bonding tape to eliminate any water or air infiltration and protect this home from the outer walls in. The back wall of the home was accented with Versetta Stone.

Everlast Advance Composite Siding was installed. All openings were covered with a maintenance free material. All of the soffit and fascia's have been covered and the finishing touches, Versetta Stone applied to the front and back of the home.
