Project Description
Midwest construction removed the original wood fiber siding and hauled it away. All sheeting was inspected for soft or rotten areas and replaced if and where needed with new sheeting. All of the outer walls of the home and attached garage were covered with Grip Tite House Wrap. All window and door openings have been taped off with Protecto Wrap to prevent and air and or water infiltration. All window and door openings have been covered with custom bent aluminum coil stock with a brick mold pattern that adds depth and style to the casings. Pro Via D-6 CedarMax Insulated Siding Vinyl Siding was installed, color Timberline. All of the soffits and fascia's have been covered with Pro Via Vinyl Soffit System with custom bent aluminum coil stock that covers the fascia boards. The job site was cleaned up daily and at the completion of the job all left over materials and construction debris was hauled away.
