Midwest Construction removed the old aluminum patio door that was installed in the 1980's when the addition was built. The door was freezing cold in the winter and had frost buildup on the frames and glass. When the frost melted it caused damage to the floor. The floor was repaired when the homeowners installed new flooring.
ComfortSmart Custom Built Vinyl Patio Door System was installed. The patio door was insulated, sealed with silicone to prevent any air or water infiltration. Exterior casing was covered with custom bent aluminum col stock. All construction debris was removed and hauled away.
