Project Description
Midwest Construction removed the fiber cement siding that was installed by the home builders in 2003. Repaired the soft sheeting and some of the wood fascia's. All of the outer walls of the home and garage were covered with housewrap. Al of the window and door openings were taped off with window/door tape to prevent any air or water infiltration once the new Everlast Advanced Composite Siding was installed. Midwest Constructions crews installed 7 inch Everlast Advanced composite Siding in Antiques Ivory, 7 inch Perfection Shake Shingles in cream installed in the front gable over the garage. All of the window/door trims and soffit and fascia's were covered with maintenance free materials. The job site was cleaned up daily and all tools secured. When the project was finished all of the construction debris was take away.
