These Johnston, Iowa homeowners wanted a access door from their garage to the exterior of the home. Midwest Construction's Alex Higgins helped them achieve their goal. He took photo's of the inside and outside of the garage door, discussed and confirmed the location, took photos and drew out the exact spot for our installers. Midwest Construction's crew measured twice and cut once! Cut out the fiber cement siding, reframed the door opening, set the door, insulated the opening and capped off the exterior trim. All of the construction debris was hauled away and the job site cleaned.
