This home was built in 1947 with the original wood windows and aluminum storm windows. The homeowner wanted to update the windows with energy efficient windows that were easy to clean and never needed to be painted. Midwest Construction had these beautiful ProVia Vinyl Replacement windows built to the exact measurements needed for this type of installation. The wheel weight cavities had been filed with Boss Extreme Weather Foam. The window unit was installed, plumbed, leveled and screwed into place. More Boss Extreme Weather Foam was installed between the new window and old jamb. The exterior sills and casings have been covered with custom bent Black PVC Aluminum coils tock with a Brick Mold Pattern to add more shadow lines and make a more attractive window opening.
