Midwest Construction Exterior Design Consultant, Troy Deaton met with these Ankeny, Iowa homeowners. They wanted to discuss some options to keep the heat off of their deck and to upgrade the old wooden deck with new composite deck materials. At this point, they didn't need a full blown sunroom but like the idea of a patio cover for some shade. Troy took some photos,, got some measurements and sat down with these homeowners. Troy gave them some options for new deck material, railings, stairs and the patio cover. The homeowners liked the fact that if they ever wanted to convert their new patio and patio cover it would be easy to add our sunroom walls at a later date.
