Take a look at this home located in Perry, Iowa! The homeowners bought this home and are putting all the touches it needs to turn it into something spectacular. Midwest Construction sent our sales representative, Alex, out to the home where he worked with the homeowners to come up with a timeless design with a striking blue siding and bright white trim for a clean, crisp look. Upon removing the siding from the chimney, we found extensive damage and rotting wood underneath. Midwest Construction notified the homeowners and rebuilt the chimney to give our customers peace of mind that this job was done right and not just covered up to create more problems later. At Midwest, we strive to not just sell a job, but to take care of that job and the customer as if that house was our own. This transformation is incredible, and the homeowners are now going to be getting a couple windows and brand-new entry door from Midwest Construction! We are so happy they chose us to do their remodel and we look forward to doing more business with them!
