Midwest Construction to custom build and install one white double hung window, one white hopper window, one white steel insulated entry door system and one white storm door into existing jambs, sills, headers and woodwork. Finish interior and cap exterior of all new windows and doors with vinyl fused aluminum. Clean up all construction debris when job is complete.
Midwest Construction to supply and install 5-inch residential seamless gutters and downspouts to the entire home. Custom form everything on the job. Clean up all construction debris when job is complete. Issue warranty upon completion.
